画布 Agent 音效参数恢复通用 null 缺省兼容，但保留 duration null 表示自动时长的 SFX V2 语义。
音效时长越界断言按 SFX V2 的 0.5-30 秒边界上移，重算契约测试期望。
哨兵测试补入 ElevenLabs base URL 与 API key，锁定其默认缺席于 AppConfig 调试输出。
