删除图标生成的固定提示词包装、默认美术说明和两次截断
按服务端单条描述语义校验非空及200个Unicode字符，超限拒绝并保留原文
保留内部换行，直接以单条iconDescriptions提交用户描述
更新前端、原生入口和实际HTTP请求回归测试
同步工具说明、生成契约及项目排障文档
