docs(agc): 同步 loop_orchestration 改名后的 3 处文档引用（路径 + 事实时态/失效行号）
docs/technical/【技术评估】Responses API与Agents SDK迁移评估-2026-09-07.md:29：路径改为 generation/llm_request.rs，并把“仍保留一条文件驱动的确定性生成链”改为过去时（该链已随 Agent Runtime 退役删除，模块现只保留 LLM 文本请求与额度/进度错误面）；其后的链路列表保持原样。
同文件:81：表格行内的 `loop_orchestration.rs` 改为 `generation/llm_request.rs`，表格结构未动。
docs/technical/【技术说明】AGC接第三方Provider的兼容性缺陷-2026-08-19.md:91：markdown 链接目标改为 llm_request.rs，并移除已失效的 `:536` 行号引用（该行号在 68 行的现行文件上不存在），链接文字标注原名以便追溯。
只改这 3 处；未新增承诺、未写时间表、未动其它文档内容。
检查：npm run check:encoding rc=0（5406 文件）、git diff --check rc=0。
