GameAgent 宿主时间上限移除及评审修复已合入 master，删除对应的临时里程碑规范和实施计划，并移除主规范中的活动计划链接。现行行为合同和已记录的验证边界继续保留在主规范中。

验证：npm run check:doc-index、npm run check:encoding、git diff --check 均通过；检索确认无剩余引用。仅修改文档。
