PR #608 合入后仍保留六份开发期里程碑和实施计划。本次删除这些已完成的临时文档，移除主规范中的过期引用，并将必要的验证边界保留在主规范；同步共享记忆的合入状态。

仅修改文档。保留 Windows 专项及真实模型验证范围的事实边界，不将文档清理视为新增验收通过。

验证：npm run check:doc-index、npm run check:encoding、git diff --check 均通过；已确认无剩余临时文档引用。
