- phaser-2d-starter / threejs-3d-starter / blank-3d-scene 的 meta.json templateVersion 0.1.1 → 0.1.2
- 解除发布脚本对「同 templateVersion 的 ZIP 内容变化」的 fail-closed 守卫，其余字段一个字未动
