文档：修正生成绑定校验提示里缺少的 cargo 参数

- shared-contracts 提示补上 --manifest-path server-rs/Cargo.toml：仓库根没有 Cargo.toml，照抄提示会直接失败
- 两条提示都补上 --locked，与实际执行的 cargo 命令保持一致
