合并master并融合资源画布恢复语义

吸收master的客户端主界面、模态焦点与鉴权恢复改动。

保留资源生成候选确认、精修恢复与稳定引用修复流程。

解决配置门禁和Direct Codex状态清理冲突。

补齐融合后的候选恢复回归断言。
