feat(scripts): 告警检查首采模式逐条打印清单（并把条目放进 --json）

collectOnly（尚无基线条目的 profile，如首次 CI 的 agc-linux）以前只打印条数，导致首轮日志里拿不到可入册的键；现在逐条打印 `[首采] 路径:行 | lint | 符号` 并在末尾给条数 + 入册命令，同时在 --json 的 report[name].collected 里带上完整条目；非首采路径的打印与退出码语义不变。
