fix(AGC): 不可用模型选项补回模型名到可访问名称

- role=option 的 aria-label 原只放降级原因，覆盖了可见模型名，读屏只报「订阅计划不支持」 - 改为 `${displayName}：${reasonLabel}`，名称与原因都可被朗读
