导出面板：去掉「已让陶泥儿…」这类复述，状态行只说事实

- 一键适配、帮我填不再铺一句「已让陶泥儿帮你调通导出 / 来填这三项」：这两个动作就是用户刚点的那颗按钮，右侧会话就摆在旁边，复述只是噪音；
- 打包现算发现没有脚本时，只把适配弹窗重新武装起来，状态行不再重复「项目还没配置好导出…」；
- 失败修复的回执只留出错原因，去掉「已让陶泥儿来修。」这句叙述（失败卡片收掉后，原因仍是唯一说明「刚才为什么开这一轮」的地方）；
- `notice` 的语义写进注释：读不到内容、打包结果、指令没发出去、失败修复的原因；用户刚点的动作不回执；
- 用例跟着改：没脚本时 `notice` 为空。
