删除模板工程内置的嵌套 package-lock

- 模板 fixture 内的 package-lock.json 触发 workspace 守卫的「禁止嵌套 lockfile」规则，导致 master 门禁失败
- 其余五个模板都只提交 project 内容与 package.json，删除该文件与它们保持一致
- 模板 zip 由发布脚本现场打包并重新计算大小与哈希，仓库内没有引用该 lock 的脚本或测试
