游戏评价页操作列按内容取宽，避免按钮换行错行

- AdminGameReviewsPage.tsx：评价列表加 tableClassName="admin-game-reviews-table"，操作列单元格加 admin-game-reviews-actions-cell（与游戏管理页操作列同口径）
- styles/admin.css：新增本页专属规则，操作列 width:1% + white-space:nowrap，动作行 flex-wrap:nowrap 并右对齐，避免「删除 / 查看详情 / 隐藏」被挤到第二行
- 选择器全部框在 .admin-game-reviews-table 内，不影响其它后台页面
