fix(桌面壳校验): 补上会员报价命令到 allowlist

- apps/ai-game-creator-shell/scripts/check-config.mjs：allowedUncalledTauriCommands 增加 read_profile_membership_upgrade_quote，node scripts/check-config.mjs 恢复通过 Co-authored-by: Junie <junie@jetbrains.com>
