按 2026-09-29 的真实状态重新盘点开放事项索引
- 第一节：占用锁计划补上 2026-09-28 的实测（write_lock 21 / gui_ 31 / project_execution_owner 8 / owner_diagnostic 4 passed），说明只差真机多窗口运行时表现与第 4 条 A/B 收口决定，并注明它用编号式验收标准、不计入复选框口径
- 第二节：重写为 current 口径——未勾选 11 条、6 份计划，按「macOS 节点 + 真机 / 桌面会话 / 真实 Provider」分组；另列 8 份已无未勾选但仍在等签收或外部环境的计划
- 第三节：游戏分发里程碑从「28 条」更正为剩 4 条，两份实施计划均 0 条；并更正解冻前提——2026-09-28 起发行入口改为平台同源路径，不再要求独立 HTTPS 发行域名与通配证书
- 第五节：补 2026-09-29 重新盘点（81 份计划 / 15 条未勾选 / 8 份文件），把 74 份与 43 条标为历史快照，并把 ``check:nginx-spa-routes``/``check:pingora-route-parity`` 从「仍红」更正为已转绿（含新增反向覆盖与 smoke 断言）
- 阶段 A 实施计划：把「本机只到领域单测」更新为已补齐的真实栈证据（13 条 E2E + AGC live 发布 1 passed + 后台列表/ZIP 联调 10/10）
