- server-rs/Cargo.toml：把注释里「ts-rs 一律常开」改成明确口径——保持默认 features 原样，不写 default-features = false、也不逐个关掉，成员 crate 需要新能力时优先用默认已覆盖的部分，不改任何依赖声明
