## 变更

- 冻结根 Supervisor 的 Goal Contract
- 引入动态 Acceptance Graph 并传播到专业 Agent
- 使用当前 revision 的真实动作回执作为完成证据
- 安全处理 steer 后旧根任务树替换

## 验证

- `npm run check:native-shells`
- `npm run agc:typecheck`
- `npm run check:encoding`
- `cargo fmt --manifest-path apps/ai-game-creator-shell/src-tauri/Cargo.toml -- --check`
- `git diff --check`
