观察:

  • rm受限, 但是codex可以调python os.remove() 666

我实际调用并收到的报错原文（两次）：

AGC Skill 引用路径不在审核的一层 Markdown 边界内

我传的是 relativePath="SKILL.md" 和 "README.md" → 被服务器拒；传 references/structure-contract.md、references/browser-evidence-contract.md → 成功返回正文。
也就是说：SKILL.md 根文件不通过这个工具暴露，白名单只认 references/*.md。
