修复代码revision归属判断，防止美术变更跳过唯一Provider写入。
将四阶段公开输出和final-reply逐条固化到聊天并更新进度投影。
补齐图片解码、路径、隐藏与不可达绕过、超时竞态及前端回归测试和文档。
