- Full Build 采用与线上站点/后端无关的路径黑名单，改动落在黑名单外照常部署，避免漏发
- 两条同时跳过时只推进 revision 状态、不触发任何发布，构建描述写明实际触发的下游

- 发布脚本读取渠道清单的 commit 字段，把上一次发布到本次之间客户端相关路径的提交标题写进清单 notes
- 更新摘要同步写入旧协议清单 releaseNotes，并落盘 release-notes.txt 供 Jenkins 归档
- AGC_UPDATE_RELEASE_NOTES 非空时以手动文案为准，缺少上一次 commit 时不写摘要
- 提交取数固定在仓库根执行，避免 pathspec 相对应用目录解析导致漏取
- 新增摘要格式、真实临时仓库取数与调度管线路径表一致性用例
- 同步开发运维文档与技术方案的构建发布条款

- 发布脚本版本来源改为渠道清单与旧协议迁移指针取较大值，避免渠道启用初期把版本链改小
- 旧迁移指针只服务 dev-win，其它渠道不参与比较，旧指针 404 后自动只剩渠道清单
- 补充三条定向用例：旧指针高水位、两者取高、非 Windows 渠道不读旧指针
- 主规范记录版本高水位规则与 2026-09-17 首次渠道发布 0.1.57 退回 0.1.48、后以 0.1.60 纠偏的事实

客户端更新切换到官方更新插件并按渠道分发
- 客户端接入 tauri-plugin-updater：原生侧注册插件，删除自研更新下载命令、下载进度事件与安装器启动逻辑
- 客户端更新服务与更新提示改走官方插件接口，删除自研清单解析、版本比较与下载实现
- 更新能力只授予客户端主窗口，移除只为自研清单放行的 OSS 白名单与 CSP 连接项
- 新增构建期更新检查开关：开发态默认关闭，agc 启动不请求更新清单、不显示更新入口
- 发布脚本按渠道生成官方更新插件清单与签名，universal macOS 产物同时挂两个平台键，缺签名失败关闭
- 发布脚本按渠道上传安装包、签名与渠道清单，并为 dev-win 生成旧协议 sha256 迁移清单
- 构建期按渠道注入更新端点配置，渠道与目标平台不匹配时发布失败关闭
- Jenkins 流水线新增渠道参数与签名凭据注入，归档补充签名与迁移清单
- 新增发布上传 dry-run 开关，只打印 ossutil 命令且不回显凭据
- 更新技术方案与开发运维文档，登记 macOS 渠道落地待办

实现 AGC 启动版本检测与 OSS 安装包下载。
- 每次客户端打开时从 OSS latest.json 检查新版本
- 新版本提示支持 releaseNotes，并通过 Tauri 命令下载到系统下载目录
- 下载地址限制受信任 OSS、HTTPS、大小与可选 SHA-256 校验
- 补充 Tauri capability/CSP、单测和发布文档
