合并 SEO 基础设施与精确路由

合并 codex/seo 的首页 SEO 元数据、robots 与 sitemap
统一 Nginx 和 Pingora SPA 精确路由及未知路径 404
保留 master 与 SEO 分支的项目记忆条目
补齐路由门禁、Pingora smoke 与前端回归测试
