文档(会员契约): 并发上限不再硬编码 128 哨兵

- ProfileMembershipPlanResponse.concurrentJobLimit 改为引用后端下发的 unlimitedConcurrencyThreshold - 同步重新生成 ts-rs 绑定，避免哨兵值变更时注释误导消费方
