增加画布元素吸附功能

新增画布元素边缘、中心线与等距吸附计算。

接入图层与生成占位拖拽吸附，并保持多选队形同步偏移。

补充画布吸附模型和交互测试。

更新图片画布编辑器方案文档中的吸附验收口径。
