chore(契约): 生成产物不进 prettier，恢复逐字节一致

- .prettierignore 排除 packages/shared/src/contracts/generated/：prettier 重排会让 check:generated-bindings 的「重新生成逐字节比对」永远失败 - 按 ts-rs 实际输出重新生成 ProfileMudPointBalanceResponse.ts（含字段文档注释） Co-authored-by: Junie <junie@jetbrains.com>
