三维请求自选技术栈，不再固定 Phaser

- DirectProject 系统提示新增三维请求合同：三维请求不受 Phaser 4.2.1 约束，由 Codex 自选三维技术栈
- 工程合同的 Phaser 固定约束按二维/三维分层，点名引擎的不匹配澄清规则保持不变
- 新增三维意图识别、三维回合合同与首页三维提示；伪 3D、等轴与代码话题不触发
- 补定向用例与里程碑/实施计划文档，并在 decision-log 记录该决策
